BURKERT膜片閥2033系列用于控制高純度、無菌、侵蝕性或磨損性介質(zhì)。這種閥門具有很小的死角體積，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)*的容器灌注和排空過程。閥體由一個(gè)錠塊構(gòu)成，該錠塊無焊縫，由不銹鋼制造而成。底部排放閥的法蘭具有兩個(gè)斜角。這種結(jié)構(gòu)簡化了其在容器中的定位和焊接過程。高品質(zhì)的隔膜將臨界性介質(zhì)與伺服驅(qū)動裝置密封分離。通過氣動先導(dǎo)式閥（單個(gè)先導(dǎo)式閥、閥島或控制頭），可以控制氣動的伺服驅(qū)動裝置。控制功能 A，通過彈簧力在靜止位置關(guān)閉。
